Policies

All of our policies are in place to ensure that both our clients and practitioners have an enjoyable, reliable and relaxing massage experience. As we operate mostly as a mobile massage service requiring our practitioners to travel from location to location, we have policies in place to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business as well as to ensure that all of our clients have a positive experience. With this, we trust you understand why our policies below are firmly implemented.

Our Policies:

Cancellation: 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation without any penalty. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the client will be charged full rate for the booked appointment.

No Shows: No shows will be charged at full rate.

Rescheduling: 24 hours’ notice is required, and the rescheduling of appointment is subject to schedule availability. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is not accepted; and the original appointment will be charged at full rate.

Lateness: If a client is late, the practitioner will give the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. However, each treatment will be finished on time to accommodate the next client. If the client arrives too late for the practitioner to perform the scheduled massage, the session will be charged at full rate.

First Time Clients: First time clients are required to provide credit card details when booking an appointment.
